Weekly Flow Pilates timetable

We offer modern Pilates classes for all abilities, both via Zoom and face to face, all levels welcome. Face to face classes are held at The Studio, Glove House, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 1UX.

Monday 9.30am

Beginners Modern Pilates

Ease away your aches and pains in this gentle, slow moving low impact session.  We cover the Pilates basics, working with the lateral breath to build core strength, better posture and a more flexible body.  Ideal for beginners.


Monday 6pm 

Mixed Ability Session

A medium paced session, suitable for those with previous Pilates experience.  You will be offered modifications and opportunities to challenge your core strength, all mixed together with dynamic stretches, whole body toning and relaxation to finish.


Monday 7.30pm – 8.30pm

Zoom Session – Spinal Mobility / Back Care

This is a spinal mobility/back care class and is ideal for everyone! The pace is slow and relaxed. We spend time on each exercise to carefully mobilise the lower back, the upper back, the shoulders, the neck, the hips, knees and ankles. We finish with a deep relaxation. Our motto ‘motion is lotion’ means the more you move your body, the more your joints are getting the natural lubricants they need to stay healthy and active. This also helps with circulation to the muscles and bones. This session is recorded so if you are unable to attend the zoom session at the time, the recording is sent to your inbox for you to do at your leisure.


Tuesday 9.30am 

Mixed Ability Session

Suitable for everyone, this low impact modern Pilates session covers all the basic Pilates principles, adaptations will be provided for those with injuries along with more challenging exercises to build core strength, better posture and flexibility. 

Anyone for coffee?  We frequently stop by at a local coffee shop after class, everyone welcome!


Tuesday 6pm

Mixed Ability Session

Suitable for those with previous Pilates experience, this session is balanced and progressive, you will be offered modifications or opportunities to challenge your core strength, along with a deep stretch and relaxation to finish.


Wednesday 9.30am

Mixed Ability Session

Bring balance to your body and calm to your mind. Suitable for those with previous Pilates experience, this session includes a fusion of mobility, flexibility, and strength work. As always, modifications and progressions will be offered throughout so that you work at your own level.

Wednesday 6pm

Mixed Ability Session

Suitable for those with previous Pilates experience, a faster paced fusion of modern and traditional Pilates which provides a more challenging repertoire! You will stretch, strengthen and balance your whole body! We finish with a relaxation to ease away any remaining tightness.


Saturday 9am

Zoom Session – Mixed ability Strength and Conditioning

Suitable for those with previous Pilates experience, a faster paced fusion of modern and traditional Pilates which provides a more challenging repertoire! Start your weekend the right way with a Pilates session to mobilise, strengthen and stretch your whole body! You will begin your weekend energised, fully awake and ready to go! This session is recorded, so if you are unable to attend the zoom session at this particular time, the recording is sent to your inbox for you to do at your leisure.
